           Add +1 normal damage for fine quality weapons [1/6 chance of breakage
 when parrying a much heavier weapon]; for very fine [high tech] +2 normal and
 no chance in normal parrying of breaking.  Charge sword level 3 adds 1d6+2 of
 Aggrevated damage to any melee weapon attack, which will count against
 creatures hit only by magic weapons and is considered harder to heal for most
 WOD style vampires and creatures.

"Amanda' was born in england many years ago, her 1st death came as she was killed as thief for robbing the dead during the black plague. [approx. 900 AD] 1st mentor: Lady Rebecca Horne.

This version is designed for 1932 Europe and may not be as High tech as she is in the TV series. For 1990's Amanda, add more points in Electronics (Security Systems) and Computers, and a few more points in Criminology. Note that Amanda can probably breeze through 1930's electronic alarm systems even with an 11-, higher is better as the systems improve.

The character of Amanda is copyrighted by and the < a href="http://www.highlander-offical.com/"> HIGHLANDER logo is trademark of Davis/Panzer Productions and Rysher Entertainment and used without their knowledge or consent. [New Cops_00.gdf (v1.7) & Immortal.gdf (v2.2) files have been used so pts have gone up and levels in GR:Reaction are now right. I added Groups [Social] and [Reaction] to Cops_00.gdf. I was tired of Beauty & Charisma not adding to reaction type skills [Basic has "Charisma Gives (+1 GR:Reaction) but NO Group [Reaction] or [Social]] correctly, but I didn't want them to add to Tactics *g* - Referee Innocentia Splendia]
