Jan. 31, 2002- - 1st Version No 1
of GURPS:Deadlands: the Weird West data file for GCA,
adds Old Hand and Arcane Prodigy advantages and seems to actually work (important detail *g*).
- Nota bene: grab one of the earlier versions for the extra sample characters, not included in
the new archive.

Now running out of numbers before official Version ONE of the GDF.
0.99! deadland.gdf.
- Fortune City has finished its move to new servers, so now FTP works again, so
expect more material soon.

Dec. 30, 2001- - Third Beta of GURPS:Deadlands: Weird West data file
for GCA now online for those hungry experimenters and other mad scientists. Check this
space for version 0.98! deadland.gdf. This
version collects the Sam Slades and adds Bill Quantrill! (how can you resist an offer
like that?). Still a large file for GCA; It has "special Abilities" for Hucksters,
Mad Scientists, Shamans, Workers of Black Magic and even the Harrowed! The Blessed
get a few things too. ~= 100 K+ with all the sample characters stuffed in.
- Note: I have now obtained a copy of Gurps Dime Novel #1: Aces & Eights with the
official conversion rules.... so I might fine tune things in a few days. Stay Tuned.
