Dodge City via Republic Pictures and Hammer Films.....

Dodge City Kansas:
An Occasionally mean little town filled with hard Bitten Men seeking adventure and a little fun....
a little 5 card stud

This Game Setting is the first of 3 interlocked near-Earth settings that form one Game World (with the occasional jaunt to the nether realms for characters from a 4th setting. Heh!)

As with many gaming campaigns, familiar influences and wandering NPCs can be found....
Including the Lightning draw of comsumptive Doc Holiday and the sweaty graspings of the villainous and cowardly James-Younger Gang (sorry Historical revisionists... ANYone that rode with Quantrill's Raiders during the War Between The States, just can Not be a nice guy at heart.). So be careful about who you face down, you might end up face down yourself.

Our Version of The Old West via Song and Film
  • Some heroes to cheer including Sam Slade, Paladin of the West (so called by Ned Buntline, author & Promoter)
  • the Villains to hiss at.
  • Places of Wonder.....
  • People of the Era
  • Campaign Paradigm - id est How the world works (you think).
  • Game Rules - Base Rule Systems and Alterations
  • Events in Real Time and Game Time
  • Sample Characters - fresh PC level characters unused in the campaign world.
  • And taking the 8:10 out of Dodge City back to the Future; we can also visit the File Vault.
  • And a look at what is New or Updated on this site
  • And for those few with a desire to check out other places on the network - the Gaming Links page!
  • Another Earth ridden with nightmares and Terrors ....the earth of Deadlands, a place that truly needs heroes.

"tragedy struck today in sector 9 as rebel terrorists blew up the death-star, killing thousands. The rebel alliance, a fringe group of anti-empire fanatics, has claimed responsibility for the terrorist act. Fortunately, Lord Vader escaped without harm. Our hearts go out to the families of the victims."
