Officer Duval was permanently injured by a dope head with a sharp knife. While surgeons were able to rebuild his face, his eyesight in his left eye was gone. Needing a change of scenery, he began to study full time and gained his license to practice law in 1977.

In 1982 he moved to Florida, where he opened CrossRoads Retrieval; a detective agency, specializing in hunting down Bail Jumpers. People sometimes more dangerous than cheating wives and husbands.

Duval is currently engaged to a lovely woman, former model Tamara Welks, and is busy getting various sisters, brothers and cousins married off as well. Then maybe his Mother and his Aunts will get all the grandchildren they can stand, finally.
