Antonio Santelli's greedy cousin. In the 1920's & 30's
Gennero
went from a punk thug to a powerful lt. in the Capone crime family. After
Antonio moved to Europe, Gennero remained in Chicago to protect the
Santelli family interests. His night club "The Black Cat" (Le Chat Noir) became
a place one could purchase anything... including JaZZZ powder, a favorite of
musicians. Rumor has it, the film "The Man with the Golden Arm" was based
on a tale of woe from such a devotee of the club. |

A Federal Judge, he headed the Dept of Treasury under Teddy Roosevelt; Supreme
Court Judge [1920+], later Chief Justice.
The Slade Foundation for Law & Justice sends kids to college, and provides
Free hospital care for Lawmen etc. His Sam Slade Adventures Magazine
