Actual Monster Source: Hackett Antiques - monster in a box (kids pulled out the stake) death and destruction ensue, including off-duty soldier (army Spec Ops & he still died). " in connection to the case is supposed to be reassuring?) Later following red herrings to one who is most dangerous if he desired to be... But do they listen when he says the "3 Golden Stars temple" is in danger of defilement by the "Ghost who drinks blood"? They never even visit the temple to investigate.... Though perhaps the Vanishment of Toru (along with a chunk of a building - heater vents, pipes, roof edges et al, leaving a slick 5" thick marble like surface) interrupts that. From Toru's point of view, they vanished and only the jungle (Mexico? Cent America?) existed... | |

| In LA, a nightclub near the Latin Rose finally collapses
due to JD & the Team's efforts [constant IRS, FBI, Health inspectors
etc. harassment]. A front group called "Center City Restoration"
turns it into a community center (funded by JD & Hemlock). Elsewhere [Brazil] an Anti-Terrorist Hostage Rescue Mission: Communist rebels kidnap 6 filmmakers (Nat. GeoGraphic Society), and the NCLF rebels turn out to have some special people involved (Augusto Filno - [mage?] public spokesman) and hidden under their base is a high tech center with nuclear power and "Cloning Tanks"??!! [reason a Trident team is sent in rather than a "regular" spec ops unit] (The same terrorist dealt with upstairs is also seen in a "bacta" tank along with one of the kidnapped filmmakers.. floating in the strange almost organic equipment) The facility is destroyed and the fuzzy video is only shown to Dr. C... [unofficial team advisor on weird stuff? Don't tell the Black Bag Boys] | |
