Dateline: Washington DC.
- The Law Enforcement community took another blow this week
when charismatic Justice Dept spokesperson and California based Asst AG Dr.
Valerie Linsey Stratford chose to resign her position and step down from the
Organized Crime Task Force she has successfully lead for the last 2 years. An
example of fallout from the recent scandals that have rocked the US Marshals
branch of the the Dept of Justice.
- Local critics of the Justice Dept have attributed some of
the recent mishaps directly to the office of the Attorney General himself.
Allegations of "Rubber Stamped Warrants" and pressures to conceal and destroy
evidence are being made in Congress.

Senate Inquiries begin over US Marshal Murders
Friday, August 18, 1989
Dateline: Washington DC.
- Former Asst AG Dr. Valerie Linsey Stratford spoke to the
Senate Oversight Committee this week in closed sessions concerning recent
allegations about Attorney General Edwin Meese's connection to Deceased
Deputy US Marshal Paul Gibbons. Gibbons, a former USN SEAL Team member,
linked to escaped fugitive Justin Daniels (also a former Dep US Marshal),
is at the centerpiece of an investigation into Evidence Tampering and
Destruction and Murder.
- Inspector Gibbons was recently killed in a June 5 mob-style
massacare at a latino restaurant that left several other lawmen dead and
injured and reduced the establishment to rubble. Gibbons, along other
former Dep US Marshals, had been seen in undercover surveillance footage
taken at the King of Spades Night Club in NYC allegedly performing an
execution style slaying of Gambino Lt. Tolvar Solerdaro and his bodyguards
along with numerous others. New York crime reporters believe this
indicates both a possible link to other NYC organized crime families and
a motive for a vicious return attack in Los Angeles on June 5, 1989.
- Attorney General Meese's office is said to have directly
assigned the errant Federal Agents to Stratford's Task force. Meese had no
comment to reporters on the question of whether or not their placement was
an attempt to sabotage the career of one of the few prominent female law
enforcement officals in the US today.
-
Former Asst AG Dr. Valerie Linsey Stratford had this say today:
- "I am in Shock, I just can not believe the Atttorney General of
the United States would attempt to do this...That he would lack the integrity to claim
responsibility for his own actions, instead he has tried to blame others - that in
my book is the definition of a coward. "
- Meanwhile the hunt for Gibbons co-conspirators in the NYC Massacare
continues. Sightings of Corelli continue to spring up around the country, mainly it seems,
wherever dead bodies appear. Reports of dead drug dealers double tapped to the eyes have lead
investigators to check recent "gang related" slayings as well. Which raises questions in
reporters' eyes: "Is it a gang war or is it Corelli?"
