Dateline:Bismark N.D.- North Dakota State Police have just
issued a bulletin concerning the Infamous
Ex-Marshal Justin Daniels:
- "Fugitive Daniels's body has been identified via fingerprints as
the victim of yesterday's fatal crash between a motorcycle and a truck
hauling food products on Highway 12 near Bowman ND.
- The accident has been blamed on a combination of
wet roads and alcohol, with a reported Blood Alchol level of .15 in
Daniels' blood, 5 points over the legal limit. The driver of the semi has
been cleared of any wrong doing in connection with the incident.
- Daniels had been sought in a nation wide manhunt since the issuance of
New York State and Federal warrants for corruption and murder in the mob-style
slayings of members of the notorious New York Gambino crime family, January 13, 1988
and other crimes.
- Former Army Special Forces member and noted marksman
Anthony "Casket" Corelli was killed
last week in a shootout with Missouri State Police and federal agents,
including agents of the US Marshals Service, which all of the alleged
killers had been part of.
- Still at large are former Detectives Tomi Nakagomi and Johnation
Hemlock. Hemlock is wanted in connection to the Jan 13 slayings at the New York
Night club, "the King of Spades". Nakagomi is wanted for Flight to Avoid
Prosecution and charges in connection with the death of FBI Agent Charles
William Eliot. Eliot was killed Wednesday July 19, 1989 during a high speed
chase of Nakagomi, when another member of Daniels unit collided his vehicle
deliberately into the surveillance van the FBI agent was driving. The FBI
surveillance team had been attacked by Nakagomi while on stakeout at former
fugitive's Anthony Corelli suburban LA home, in the early morning
before the NYC & federal warrants where to be served. Deputy US Marshals
Annebelle Dreadhaven, Marcus Constantine Hefright and Randolph Reno are
currently being sought in connection the escape of Tomi Nakagomi from an
LA Hospital where he was checked out shortly after surgery for injuries
recieved in his attack on the FBI agents. Detective Hefright is believed
to be the driver of the vehicle that was used to ram into the FBI van and
is also being sought for the death of Agent Eliot.
